Terms of Purchase

The buyer of products will be asked to agree that they have been given all the needed information prior to purchase. So you can get familiar of those needed information from here prior you buy products or services from DailyPriceAction Products.

Products are digital and downloadable files made in most commonly used forms, like pdf.

How price is calculated

Price includes base price + buyer's location based VAT. Prices are presented in Euros. Base price is clearly visible at each products description. Base price includes distribution/delivery and payment processing costs. However if buyer uses different currency that Euro, the payment processor may add costs of currency exchange. Buyer's location based VAT amount depends on which country the buyer is located. File sharing service SendOwl investigates the buyer's location during the buying process and calculates the correct amount of VAT to be added to the base price of product. Buyer's location is needed to calculate the correct amount of VAT based on European Union's online selling regulations. If you are a VAT registered EU business, you can use EU reverse charge rule. In order to apply that, you need to give business name and valid VAT-number.   

Payment procedures

Payment processor Stripe collects from you the needed information for the purchase. You can pay via credit card. 

Delivery procedures

File sharing service SendOwl communicates with payment processor Stripe during the purchasing process. After the payment is accepted by Stripe, SendOwl prepares the files for you to download. You get instant download links to those files you just purchased. Additionally you get also emails which includes those download links and receipt of your transaction.  

Delivery restrictions

Unfortunately there might be some issues during the purchasing process. File sharing service SendOwl and payment processor Stripe collects and analyses data and may not allow you to complete the purchasing process. Reasons for that are usually regional availability restrictions or not perfectly matching data about the buyer.   

Availability restrictions

You may need the latest/newest version of software in order to use our digital content. For pdf-files, you need Adobe reader, which you can download from Adobe's website.  

The right of withdrawal 14 days

You enjoy the right of withdrawal within 14 days from concluding the contract for online digital content. However, ones you start downloading the content you may no longer withdraw from the purchase. You can't purchase without explicit agreement of immediate download and acknowledgement that you lose your right to withdraw once the downloading has started. If you want to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, and you have not started downloading, you are allowed to get full refund. In such cases please contact info@dailypriceactionproducts.fi and fill in the details required at Model Withdrawal Form. You will get refund in 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notification, taking into account that withdrawal notification includes all the needed information.

Dispute resolution mechanism

Please contact first the seller and hopefully we can resolve the case between us. By making a purchase you agree and consent that any claim and dispute with DailyPriceAction Products or relating your use of products bought from DailyPriceAction Products, will be heard exclusively in the Federal courts located in Finland with local finnish language.

Digital content interoperability

Products will operate the same way as other files with the same file type.

Private copies

You are allowed to take private copies of product for your personal use or records only, but you are not allowed give other persons to get access to them. They need to buy their own versions directly from DailyPriceAction Products.

Geographical restrictions for the use of products

Products are not intended for distribution or to be used by any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. None of the products are available to persons residing in any country where the provision of such products would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is the responsibility of users to these products to ascertain the terms of and comply with any local law or regulation to which they are subject. 

Purchase confirmation

Customer gets receipt send by file sharing service SendOwl to their email-address soon after purchase.  

Delivery oblication within 30 days

Customer gets download link sent by SendOwl soon after successful payment process. If that link does not work properly, customer can get a new one by requesting it from info@dailypriceactionproducts.fi 

Faulty products

When customer has already made a successful purchase, got the product downloaded properly, has the right version of software to use product, but the product still is not working correctly. Then there might be a change that product is faulty. In such cases some products can be re-send to customer in different kind of digital format for example Word-document instead of original pdf-file. If you meet such kind of problems, ask for a solution from info@dailypriceactionproducts.fi

Copy from Terms of Purchase 

You are recommended to take copy of these Terms of Purchase to yourself during the buying process. You can't buy products from DailyPriceAction Products website without first agreeing to these Terms of Purchase.

Terms of Purchase presented here can be a little bit different to that you are asked to agree during buying process. The purpose of presenting Terms of Purchase here is that you can get familiar with them before attempting to make an actual purchase.
